The Office Assistant serves in a multifaceted role as a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/HR Assistant, responsible for managing front desk operations, handling mail and deliveries, scheduling appointments, providing administrative support, assisting in organizing events and meetings, managing office equipment, assisting in HR tasks, and collaborating with various departments.

Accountant

We are seeking a competent and dynamic accountant to join our team. The accountant will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, preparing financial statements in compliance with regulations, and analyzing financial data to provide accurate and timely information to support business decisions. The position will assist with closing procedures, reconciling accounts payable and receivable, and identifying and resolving discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality of financial information.


Job Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.

  • A minimum of two years of prior accounting experience with general ledger functions is required.

  • Advanced Excel skills, including v-lookups, pivot tables, and filters is required.

  • Knowledge of retail accounting is required.

Social Media and Branding Specialist

The Social Media and Branding Specialist is responsible for monitoring and administering the company's social media accounts on a variety of platforms, but also other possible measures to promote brands to help sales turnover. The position will help make the company's brand story come to life through the online platforms, improve the overall brand image and influence as well as exposure in the market.


Job Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist is required.

  • Video production experienced is preferred.

  • Previous experience utilizing computer-aided design (CAD), Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, desktop publishing, and web platform development software is preferred.

Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant is responsible for processing orders, tracking shipments, analyzing data, ensuring customer satisfaction, collaborating with customers, and maintaining accurate records.


Job Requirements
  • A High School diploma or equivalent GED is required.

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.

  • A valid driver's license and the ability to be covered under the Company's automobile insurance are required.

Sales Representative

The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies while building and nurturing a high-performing sales team. The role will drive business growth through strong client relationships, market analysis, and process optimization, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

  • Three to five years of previous experience in a manufacturing or distributing sales role is required.

  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and an insurable driving record are required.
